Amina Udgoon Siyad was born and raised in Garissa County, where she began her educational journey at Al-Huda Muslim Primary School from 1993 to 2000, obtaining her Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).

She then proceeded to Arya Girls Secondary School from 2001 to 2004, where she earned her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). Her secondary education provided a strong foundation for her future academic and professional pursuits.
