Amina Dika was born on 29th July, 1969, in Isiolo, Kenya. She began her educational journey at local schools in Isiolo, where she demonstrated strong leadership qualities from an early age.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Leadership and Management from St. Paul’s University, a Graduate Diploma in Management (General) from Dublin Adult Learning Centre, Cambridge Association of Managers, and a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Nairobi.
